France started vaccinating children from 5 to 11 years old

 


On Wednesday, from 2020, the Minister of Health, Olivier Veran, announced that the vaccination of children between the ages of 5 and 11 years against the new Covid-19 virus in France is officially open.


“We are opening the authority to vaccinate children” of COVID-19 in this age group, the pastor announced at BFMTV-RMC, noting that at destinations to make arrangements, class 5-11 will be open “in the early part of the day.”

However, the public authority official clarified that the sponsor's portion was not extended to teenagers "for the time being".

Later, the National Advisory Committee on Ethics, the French High Authority for Health (HAS), recommended, on Monday of the year 2021, to open vaccination against Covid-19, for children aged 5 to 11 years.

However, the Supreme Health Authority has requested that vaccination of youngsters is not "necessary" against Covid 19, and "is not paid in the welfare card".
